Pink Salary Exchange Recognised As UK’s Leading Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme 2023
Pink Salary Exchange has won another award for its game-changing salary sacrifice car scheme, with the industry once again recognising the unique benefits and the innovative design of the scheme as it picks up a third award in the last few months.
E2Media are the latest organisation to heap praise on the ‘next generation’ salary sacrifice product, launched in August 2021, and more silverware was handed over this week in the form of the media outfit’s ‘Award of Excellence’. Pink Salary Exchange were awarded with the gong for ‘The UK’s Leading Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme 2023’ in the awards, and the trophy now sits proudly next to others collected in recognition of the scheme’s outstanding benefits.
Operating in the Midlands, E2Media publish a magazine called ‘South East Star’ and through this run the ‘Award of Excellence’ scheme. The criteria used for the award sets out to recognise the best service provided, rather than simply the biggest companies, because one doesn’t necessarily follow the other. E2Media also aim to reward a unique product or service, as well as online reputation and the company’s general background and history.

Clearly, Pink Salary Exchange scored highly in these categories and we were delighted to receive the award, as any form of external recognition is confirmation that we have fulfilled our objectives in bringing an innovative product to the market.
This E2Media award follows hot on the heels of the SME News accolade received in April, when the annual UK Transport Awards saw us pick-up the ‘Leading Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme 2023’. This award sought to recognise categories such as client dedication, innovation, business growth, longevity, online reputation, customer feedback and business performance.
And back in November 2022, we were also awarded with the title of ‘Best EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme’ by a panel of independent experts. Here, a panel of five experts from accountancy and employee benefits specialists analysed our product against a series of competitors and paid specific attention to usability, leasing rates and compliance. Once again, Pink Salary Exchange scored highly in most categories and took the top award.
Getting you on the road to net zero
While we have always had great confidence in our product, it is particularly satisfying when independent bodies recognise the hard work and creativity that has gone into designing our salary sacrifice car scheme. We set out to develop a scheme that helped businesses on the ‘road to net zero’ first and foremost, but we also wanted the scheme to offer unique employee benefits as well as practical employer benefits.
In doing this we have built upon the solid and enduring relationships we have established with experts in tax, insurance, finance and of course, vehicle leasing, to ensure we could provide a truly unique product. And with a history of bringing innovative products to the market, it is great when other people recognise this also.
Since launching in August 2021, we have now signed-up over 12,000 employees to our salary sacrifice car scheme and with externally-recognised titles such as this new one from E2Media, it is to be hoped that the popularity of our award-winning salary sacrifice car scheme will only lead to more sign-ups, more sustainable motoring and more satisfied employees.
